• Short-Term Home Visitation, usually 4-6 visits
• Five educational modules presented during your infant's first 12 weeks
1. Newborn Care & Feeding
2. Positive Parenting
3. Healthy Behaviors
4. Inter-Conception Care
5. Family Nutrition
• Helps you with any concerns about being a new parent and provides information on community resources
• Encourages breastfeeding and provides referrals if needed

Who Qualifies?

• Pregnant and postpartum mothers who reside in Faith Regional Health Services or St. Francis Memorial Hospital service area.
• NO income guidelines, services are free of charge.
• You may enroll during the last trimester of your pregnancy.
• You must enroll before your infant is 12 weeks of age.
