- Short-Term Home Visitation, usually 4-6 visits
- Five educational modules presented during your infant's first 12 weeks

- Positive Parenting
- Healthy Behaviors
- Inter-Conception Care
- Family Nutrition
- Helps you with any concerns about being a new parent and provides information on community resources
- Encourages breastfeeding and provides referrals if needed
Who Qualifies?
- Pregnant and postpartum mothers who reside in Faith Regional Health Services or St. Francis Memorial Hospital service area.
- NO income guidelines, services are free of charge.
- You may enroll during the last trimester of your pregnancy.
- You must enroll before your infant is 12 weeks of age.
